it takes a literal act of congress.

to get me to part with some things.
i'm dead serious.
now, mind you, i'm not like this with everything.
that would be called hoarding.
but it typically takes an act of congress to get me to part ways with wearables.
case in point. these camouflage knickers.

and this is why i don't get rid of anything. it all comes back to bite you.
